The FastTrackSummer InternshipProgrammeA 'FastTracker' gets the opportunity to spend their summer in Sri Lanka, as interns at the John Keells Group and the other partners organizations, gaining experience in diverse industry sectors, to better understand career opportunities within the corporate sector in Sri Lanka.
ArrowWork-Readiness WorkshopFor School LeaversThe Arrow workshop introduces our businesses to school leavers, and is aimed towards creating awareness about the diverse career opportunities within the John Keells Group. It also includes sessions on soft skills development like business etiquette, communication skills, professionalism and tips on effective CV writing.
